Condition Report:
This guitar is presented in very good condition, with only minor signs of play wear. There is a small nick to the body just above and slightly to the right of the bridge pickup. The G string tuning peg is slightly bent but it does not effect the functionality of tuning the instrument. The frets show 40% life remaining and are quite flat, depending on taste some would consider this guitar ready for a refret whilst it does still play. The electronics function as expected but the pickups are out of phase, which can easily be changed in house upon request.
The previous owner gave us the following information about the history of the guitar:
"Rod Lynton played on the Imagine LP; John Lennon had an Epiphone Casino stripped down
to bare wood to make it resonate better; Rod had stripped his Gibson ES330 the same. He
took it to the session. Rod claimed Lennon played it on a track or two. See:
https://imaginejohnyoko.com/a-review-of-imagine-the-ultimate-collection-by-guitarist-
rod-lynton/
Andy Davis [who also played on the Imagine session] of Stackridge brought the guitar down to Bristol to sell for Rod and I bought it from them."

★★★★★ Rated 4.6 on Trustpilot · 322 reviewsGibson Jumbo sunburst lefty purchase
I purchased a Gibson Jumbo sunburst lefty. Dealing with a guitar I couldn’t play before purchase was a bit daunting at the price, but I got good advice, knowledge and happily answered all my questions. Payment was easy and delivery was prompt. Best guitar I own.
