Condition Report:
This guitar is presented in good condition having been reliced by it's former owner Alan Griffiths, famous sideman and collaborator with Tears For Fears and Orzabel Etc. The guitar was left by Alan to his publisher and obituarist with the following from him;
‘ The Fender Strat was in regular use when owned by former Tears for Fears writer/producer/sideman Alan Griffiths. After his death in 2017 the guitar was given to long time friend , music journalist and music publisher Dave Massey, who wrote a tribute to Alan published in The Guardian.’
The original frets show approximately 75% of life remaining and the electronics function as expected.

Shipping to the United States
We ship all US orders from the UK using Royal Mail International Tracked, with final delivery handled by USPS.
Typical delivery times are 3–11 working days.
US orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). However, because art prints fall well below the US $800 import threshold, customers will not be charged customs duties or import taxes on delivery.

Returns
Guitars
At Fat Bottom Guitars, we fully inspect, test, and appropriately list each guitar for sale with as much detail as possible. It is the buyer's responsibility to read through the listing description or contact us for details on the condition of a guitar prior to purchase.
We offer a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return should your item not be as described. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@fatbottomguitars.co.uk. If you're returning a guitar that has been damaged in transit, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of the guitar being delivered. In this case, we will cover return shipping costs. If you're returning a guitar that you believe was not as described, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of the guitar being delivered. In this case, the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.
When returning a guitar to us, please make sure it is securely packaged in the same packaging that was used previously. It is the buyer's responsibility to return guitars safely and for them to be received in identical condition. Charges may be applied to compensate for any further damage occurring from return transit.
Once we've received the returned guitar, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It may take up to 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If you've purchased a guitar using part-exchange, your right to return remains protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and (for online sales) the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
If the return is accepted, you will receive a full refund equal to the total value of your transaction (cash plus the agreed part-ex value).
Please note: we cannot guarantee the return of your original part-exchange item. If the original item is no longer available, the part-ex value will be refunded in cash.
